Introduction
Welcome to Poppy Seeds,

My name is Emma and I am a one-man band, specialising in handmade crocheted gifts for the individual and the home. Each item is lovingly made using quality yarns and other materials, to ensure a high standard of finish.

I take my inspiration from a wide range of sources, but my particular love is for the colours and styles of bygone days. Hence, you will see vintage elements sneaking into my shop, be it in the intricate lacy designs, the daring use of colour, or the unusual items themselves.

I hope you derive as much pleasure from my crocheted gifts as I took in making them.

Made-to-Order Items
I am happy to make to order any items featured in my shop, according to your personal specifications (i.e. colour). Please contact me directly through Folksy or through emailing poppy_seeds09@yahoo.co.uk, to discuss requirements and production time.

Postage and Packaging
I ensure that all items are carefully and securely packaged, to arrive safely at your chosen address.

I aim to post ready-made items within two working days of payment being received, unless otherwise communicated. Please note that the postage of made-to-order items will vary according to production times.

Postage is by Royal Mail Second Class, except where items exceed the limitations for this service: Royal Mail aims to deliver Second Class items within three to five working days. If you require an item to be delivered more quickly, or would prefer the added security of recorded delivery, please contact me before making payment, so that I can amend the postage accordingly.

A postal discount is available on multiple purchases, so please contact me for the total before making payment.

Payment
I only accept payment in Pounds Sterling through PayPal, which offers a secure and reliable service.

Cancellations and Returns
If you have a change of heart and would like to cancel your order, please contact me before the item is dispatched, to avoid any unnecessary postage and packaging fees.

If you would like to return an item, please ensure that it is carefully and securely packaged, in its original state, and returned within seven days of delivery. Please forewarn me of any returns through Folksy or through emailing poppy_seeds09@yahoo.co.uk Please note that you will be expected to pay return postage, and will be reimbursed for the product cost only (i.e. not the original postage).
