Once upon a time...
In a tiny village on the chilly North East coast of Scotland, there lived a girl who was singlehandedly starting a revolution from her dining room.
BRINGING BACK THE PENCIL!!
Not a boring pencil with a company name stamped on the side that rolled off a production line of millions but a pretty painted pencil that someone (me!) took care over stamping the words by hand on to it. A pencil with a saying on it that really means something, something motivational to keep you going when you're cramming all night for an exam, a quote from a favourite tv character, or an "in joke" which only makes sense to a handful of people but will make you laugh every time you glance down!
And with this goal in sight - Pobble & Ping was born!

Every Pobble & Ping pencil is hand stamped using a hot foil stamper by my own fair (and slightly burnt) hands. I am constantly on the lookout for new quotes or funny sayings and i am never without a notebook so I can jot down ideas. I have been known to interrupt someone mid conversation to write down what they just said so I can immortalise it in pencil form.
