I am an experienced Soft Furnisher with a serious crafting habit!.....most of my interests and hobbies revolves around something creative and from sewing curtains to candle making i love to get stuck in !
My inspiration for this shop is based on being able to source an eclectic mix of good quality craft/lifestyle products all in one place.....i hope that you like the selections which i have put together, to help you create your very own bespoke style to suit your personal budget.
ALL ITEMS WHICH ARE CURRENTLY STOCKED THROUGHOUT THE STORE CAN ALSO BE PURCHASED OFFLINE / BY MAIL ORDER for fast and efficient despatch and delivery. Please email us at planetevents@btinternet.com to advise us of your requirements should you wish to order by this method.
ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED and payment has been completed through the shop we will email you back promptly to let you know that your order/payment has been received, we will also advise and thereafter confirm that your order has been dispatched.
All orders are packaged in a padded jiffy bag with extra packaging where required, and/or boxed, as necessary
*Unless otherwise indicated all orders are sent out by 1st Class Royal Mail/Airmail Post within 12-24 hours of receiving your completed transaction.
RETURNS/AFTER SALES SERVICE
We are happy to exchange or provide a refund for any items which are faulty/damaged or does not meet your requirements or expectations once received. Should you need to exchange or receive a refund on any items, in the first instance please CONTACT US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER BY ANY OF THE OPTIONS WHICH ARE CLEARLY SHOWN ON THE INVOICE WHICH WILL BE ENCLOSED WITH YOUR ORDER.
If you order an item(s) from us which has not arrived please contact us asap to advise of this and we will arrange a re-issue of the item/a replacement product to be sent out to you/a refund where applicable and suitable to you.
REFUNDS
In most cases all payments are refunded through your paypal account unless YOU HAVE PAID BY PERSONAL CHEQUE OR POSTAL/MONEY ORDER in which case we will credit your bank account details or send you a cheque or postal/money order by return of post.
*The cost of returning unwanted items to us will need to be met by the customer, and where possible please obtain proof of purchase for your own records, should the item become delayed/lost in the post.
*Unless otherwise indicated by ourselves, if the item being returned is from an overseas buyer, the return postage refund will be limited to the amount paid by the buyer at the time of purchasing the item(s) in the first instance.
