Meet the maker Denise Anderson

Hi welcome to my shop Pink Sparkles. I make handmade jewellery, I use glass/acrylic beads, Swaroski elements and different gemstones. Although I am currently experimenting with other jewellery making techniques so will hopefully be able to put some on here shortly .

Payment info:

I currently only accept payment via Paypal Only just now.

Payment is required within 3 days of purchase, otherwise the transaction will be cancelled and the item re-listed. If there are any problems with payment please contact me via Folksy or email.

I will dispatch your purchase on clearance of payment. It is the buyers’ responsibility to ensure that the delivery address held is correct so can you please ensure that your Folksy shipping address matches your PayPal billing address. All items will be sent to your Folksy address unless you let me know otherwise

Delivery:

I currently send out purchases wrapped and within organza gift bag I always add a layer of bubble wrap around product for some extra protection. I uses a padded envelope to send purchases in.

Items will be sent via First Class Royal Mail within 3 days of receiving cleared payment. I only send to the UK at present.

Proof of postage is kept for all orders. Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for items lost or stolen during delivery.

Refunds / Returns:

Refunds will be given on any faulty products subject to the item being returned in full within 7 days of receipt.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons, refunds and exchanges are NOT available on earrings.
