Hi, thank you for coming to have a look round my shop.
I have been making jewellery for several years. I trained as a dental technician and for most of my working life I made crowns and bridges out of precious metals and ceramics.
When I went on maternity leave I got itchy fingers and started making jewellery to satisfy my yearning to make things.

I love working with gemstones,lampwork beads, sterling silver and copper, but you will also find items made from natural brass, swarovski crystals and high quality glass beads in my shop.
I only source materials from reputable suppliers, so my clients can be sure of the quality of my jewellery.

Shop Policies

Payment
Payment on Folksy is made through pay pal, however you do not need a paypal account to buy through paypal as there is an option to pay by credit or debit card using this system.
If payment is not received within 3 days of purchase without prior arrangement I reserve the right to relist the item.

Reserving Items
If you wish to reserve an item please contact me and I will put an item aside for up to 4 weeks.

Custom Orders
If you need a piece of jewellery for a specific occasion or would like something similar to an item already listed in a different size or colour I am happy to take on custom orders.
Please contact me with your requirements. I will make the item and place a custom order listing on folksy so you can see the item before buying.
Please allow 10 working days for custom orders.

Shipping
Orders above £15 will be gift wrapped and sent Royal Mail first class signed for delivery.

Orders less than £15 will be wrapped in tissue paper tied with organza ribbon and sent Royal Mail first class post.

I aim to post items on the next working day.

Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase I offer a full refund on all items, apart from earrings and items that have been customized in such away that I would be unable to offer them for resale.

A refund will be issued upon receipt of the items that are in their original condition within 14 days.

If you wish to a return an item, please notify me by email or through folksy within 48 hours of receiving the item. Postage for returned items is the responsibility of the customer. I recommend that items are returned using Royal Mail Signed for delivery as I will be unable to make a refund until I have received the item.
