Meet the maker Megan Claire

Thanks for stopping by our shop! Megan Claire is a design-led greetings card company based in rural Leicestershire. We create distinctive, contemporary and personalised cards from our studio using only recyclable stock. Each card is made to order and designed and drawn by Megan Claire. Our aim is to produce high quality cards that stand out from the crowd and impress everyone they meet.

Payment & Postage
We accept Paypal only (there is the option to pay by card here too if you don't have a PayPal account). Payment must be made within 2 days unless you decide to cancel the order. All cards are sent Royal Mail First Class and we aim to dispatch your card within 2 working days of ordering. Most of our customers receive their card within 2-5 days so please contact us if you have not received your card within 5 working days.

All of our cards are recyclable and come with a white envelope. They are sealed inside a biodegradable cello bag and sent out in a hardbacked 'Please Do Not Bend' envelope.

Personalisation
Our personalised cards require extra information when ordering - the required information is outlined in the cards description. Please send us a message with the details when ordering. We will contact you if there are any issues with the personalised layouts.

Returns
If you are unhappy with your order upon receipt, please send us a message and we will do our best to resolve the problem. If you wish to return an item, you can do within 7 days, providing it is returned in its original condition and packaging. A refund will be issued on return - this does not include the return postage cost.

For personalised cards, we ask that you check the messages carefully for correct dates and spelling, as the cards are designed exactly as ordered. If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, please contact us straight away and we will endeavour to amend the card if it has not yet been designed, however this cannot always be guaranteed as we may have already printed the card. Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
