My name is Jacqui I am 24 and love all things craft. I love trying new things but always return to making old favourites.

Paying for your Purchase
Payment for your item is made using Paypal. If you don’t already have a Paypal account it’s easy to set one up. If you don’t want to register with Paypal you can use a credit or debit card via the Paypal site. Just follow the instructions on screen.

Shipping
Your item will be carefully packaged and shipped within two business days of your purchase.

Domestic items (UK) are sent by Royal Mail First Class, which usually arrives within three working days. International items are shipped by Royal Mail Airmail, which aims to deliver to European destinations within three working days and worldwide destinations within five working days.

Please note that I am not responsible for any custom fees, taxes, tariffs, duties or other receiving fees incurred. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.

Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me before purchasing if you have any questions about an item.

Your item should arrive in perfect condition. If this is not the case, please contact me and I will arrange for a replacement item to be send to you or a refund provided where applicable. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

Custom Orders
I am happy to do custom orders or recreate a previously sold item for you. If you're after something specific and don't see what you're looking for, do get in touch
