A little about me

I'm Jess, I'm 22 and a busy student nurse (Mental health in case you were wondering). I have loved playing around with different crafts since I was younger after playing with my moms things, shes an excellent cross stitcher! I have fallen in love with jewellery making, so much so that I may have to consider moving to a bigger house or remove the boyfriend as I dont think there is room for a boyfriend and beads :)

I'm very new to folksy and hoping just that someone may like what I do enough to buy something. I do this for fun really so don't make much profit from any sales I make.

Payments
Folksy accepts payment by Paypal only - it is very simple and safe to set up an account.

Delivery
All items will be carefully wrapped and posted within 3 working days of receipt of payment. Shipping to the UK is Royal Mail 1st Class post. Where possible I try and reuse padded envelopes as I believe this is better for the environment and also keeps costs down :)

Refunds and Exchanges
In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me and I will be happy to provide a refund (excluding postage costs) upon return of purchase in original condition.

In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged or is not fit for purpose please contact me, I will be more than happy to repair the item and return it or provide a full refund including postage costs when I receive the damaged goods.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non returnable unless they arrive damaged in which case I will gladly repair and return at my own cost.
Please note; Customer must pay return postage in the event that the customer decides the purchase is not what they require.
