Postage, Delivery & Returns

All items are hand made using marino wool blended with cashmere.

Orders will be posted first class within three working days of payment. In the event of a mad rush, I promise to work as quickly as I can!

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within fourteen days and receive either a replacement or a full refund. Please email in the first instance to resolve any problems or concerns.

Custom Kitty

If you have a suggestion for an item you would like to see in stock, please let me know. All ideas will be gratefully received. Equally, if you would like any of the listed items in a colour not currently available, please email and I will do my best to make it happen!
