i live on the beautiful isles of scilly with my little boy and my flower farmer.
i love making things have been selling a few bits and bobs in local shops, but have decided to have a go at setting up a little folksy shop, i hope you like it. i have got lots of things to go on here, so will keep adding them bit by bit...

my mum used to make all our clothes when my brothers and i were small and tried to teach me to sew many times. it was only whilst waiting for my son to be born that i fell totally in love with sewing, by making nappy pants for him! i haven't stopped since.
i love bright prints from the 60's and 70's as well as the more muted and natural fabrics. i like all sorts! but i especially love vintage fabrics. living on a small island encourages me to use what i have around me and to be inspired by nature.
