Meet the maker joy shallcross

Kate Blankett.

Kate was a very special little girl, she always knew that because her Mummy and Daddy told her so. Her Mummy taught her how to make lovely things from yarn and needles using special skills handed down through the generations.

When she was little she thought maybe she would be a glamorous film star when she grew up, but instead she married Prince Charming (who, not wishing his Royal credentials to be public knowledge, goes by the name of George) and lived happily ever after.

When Kate and George were married Kate's Mum made for them a special blanket with magical properties, they treasured this wonderful blanket which surrounded them and kept them warm through the long, cold months of winter.

Many years have passed and now Kate and George live in a little yellow brick house in the Magical Kingdom where white horses can be seen on the hillsides, where Druids meet on Midsummer's Day to welcome the sunrise and where mythical crop circles appear as if from nowhere in the late summer months.

Kate loves to spend her time using the special skills she learnt at her Mummy's side all those years ago, making special clothes and blankets to share with her family and friends.
