Meet the maker Jess

I've always been able to turn my hand to just about anything. I came to the
conclusion that this is what everything was about, what you can do.
I've always had a passion for making jewellery, but never thought I could
actually creat anything of substance. Then I took a course in silversmithing,
several times I was told I wouldn't be able to hand form the shapes I'd imagined
without casting. Where there's a will...... and then I started thinking of the
strong robust shapes of the silver saver. I will show you more of these soon.
A few years a go, my friend gave the most amazing gift of homemade products.
I wowed at how different my skin felt and the fungal infections I kept suffering
with disappeared. I'd realised that thein gredients in standard shower gels
wete causing the problem, SLS break down the skin natural defenses against things
like this (among other nasties).

My mum has always suffered with skin problems and this inspired me further.
I also realised the amazing benefits we miss out on in lotions and creams +
I realised there was a way of bringing these ingredients in to skin care with
out paying over the odds for them.
I also love to reclaim items & turning them in to something new - The
shopping style bags where inspired when I looked down at my bag for life and
sighed at the huge advertisment I was carrying.
The rubber bracelets? I fell in love with the idea & thought they were fun
& funky, and thought I'd have a go in my own style. The make on this is
freely available on the net, so you could always have a go yourself :)
