Meet the maker Jane Coe

I have been a seamstress for many years.
I originally trained in tailoring and I have received training from London tailors.
I spent several very happy years working in Dartmouth, South Devon, England, making up soft furnishings and fitting out yachts where I met some lovely people.
The last few years have been spent working at home making curtains and other soft furnishings.
I have now branched out into making purses, wallets and other small items which use all of my aquired tailoring skills and are easy to post.
I work mainly with quality fabrics like silk, fine cotton and wool tweeds and I am enjoying this type of work very much as it is light and easy to handle compaired with loose covers and big velvet curtains.
