PAYMENT

All Folksy payments are via Paypal. If you haven't got a Paypal account - you can still pay for items using a credit or debit card – follow the Paypal instructions on their website.

POSTAGE

Items are generally posted within 3 working days of receiving payment, usually sooner.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

I hope that you will love your purchase but if you have any problems or questions please get in touch ASAP.

CHANGE YOUR MIND

If you change your mind, you must let me know of your intention to return it within 7 working days and return as soon as possible, ideally in original packaging.

FAULTY GOODS

In the unlikely event of you finding a fault, you must tell me and return it within 14 days of receipt. I will refund purchase price/delivery or exchange it. I will also refund your P&P return cost. Please get proof of postage for returns, as otherwise I will not refund for items lost in the post when being returned to us.
