Meet the maker

I am a Glasgow-based milliner who trained at Cardonald College and received an SQA Certificate in Millinery. One of the reasons I love millinery so much is that it lets me combine the knowledge I have acquired from many other craft disciplines I have tried over the years. In addition to being a milliner, I also knit, crochet, sew and do a bit of embroidery - all of these techniques have appeared in the hats I have made, though not all at the same time!

Payment is currently via PayPal only. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can sign up for free or pay by credit card via PayPal without registering.

Lead Times: For made-to-order and bespoke hats, each item will have its own lead time. This will be listed separately under each item description. Ready-to-ship items will be clearly listed as such. Please note the lead times and make sure there you have enough time between the making/shipping and your event.

Shipping: Domestic shipping within the UK is by First Class Royal Mail. International shipping is also via Royal Mail - air mail.

Refund Policy: I ask that you read the item descriptions carefully before purchasing anything from my shop, as I take care to describe everything thoroughly. However, if you are truly unhappy with the item you received, please send me a message to explain why and I will help you arrange for a return of the item and a refund, provided that the item is in the same condition in which it was purchased. Returns are only offered within 7 days of receipt. Please do not return items to me without contacting me first.
