Hello and Welcome
Thanks for stopping by. My Name is Susan, I am a stay at home Mum and Housewife. I enjoy all things crafty but mainly make jewellery. I do most of my crafting after my son is in bed, it helps me relax after a busy day. My items are made and stored in a smoke free home. I do have two cats but they don't smoke either!

Payment
I accept paypal, cheques and postal order. If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order please contact me for address details, please note if paying by this method I will wait for payment to clear before dispatching your goods. Payment from overseas is by paypal only. If I do not receive payment or have had no contact from you within 5 days of order, the order will be cancelled and the item re-listed.
Postage
I aim to dispatch all items within 3 working days (personalised items may take longer) of payment. I post 2nd class to keep costs down, if your item is urgent please contact me and I will try my best to accommodate your requirements. Customer service is very important to me and you item(s) will come carefully wrapped in a new padded jiffy bag.
Returns
I am happy to accept returns and provide a full refund for any reason. Items must be returned within 7 days or receipt, unused, in original packaging and in a re-sale condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact me for further instructions and return address. I do accept returns of earrings and these will be given a new set of earwires before being offered for re-sale
Stock Availability
My items are on sale elsewhere and in the unlikely event that they sell twice in one day and I don't have enough to meet demand, the item will go to the buyer whose payment was received first.

All pictures are taken of an actual product, however if there is more than one available, being handmade yours may differ slightly from the one shown (this is what makes handcrafted items unique).
