My name's Kate and this is my shop :)
I sell crochet items and patterns, designed and made by myself in my spare time, which for me is the time in between parenting and studying.
Most of my items on sale are custom items, I will make them to your specification so they are more personal to you. Or, if you feel like taking a chance, just tell me to surprise you and see what you get :)

And now for the business bits...

Regarding my patterns being sold, I'm quite happy for you to sell a few items made from my patterns, but I would ask that you credit the design back to me.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING All my items are sent First Class, and will be posted within 3 days of purchase. If for any reason I forsee it taking longer than 3 days I will contact you to let you know. If you are ordering an item for a specific date please let me know the date you need the item by upon purchase. See my listing for how much shipping is for each item.

REFUNDS If for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase I will refund the cost of the item as long as the item is returned to me first, in a saleable condition, and within 7 days of you receiving it. I'll send the money back to you as soon as I recieve the returned item.

CANCELLATIONS If you need to cancel your order I would appreciate it if you could do so as soon as possible. If you cancel after your order has been posted, then just follow the instructions in the RETURNS section.
