We send out all items using Royal Mail 1st class post. As most items are made to order please allow 14 days from ordering but if you are in a hurry please contact us and we will do our best to get the item to you before this.
Regrettably with all personalised gifts we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty so please check your spellings carefully when ordering.
