Welcome and thank you for stopping by my shop. Matilde and Milly is the place where I sell my range of handmade vintage style jewellery which I make in my little studio at home in Surrey.
All jewellery in this shop is made by me using a variety of vintage style trinkets and antiqued brass components to create jewellery you will love to wear. I accept variations made to order where possible and will try my best to meet alternative requirements subject to availability of materials.

Payment

All items will be posted within 3 days of full payment being received. Payment must be made in full before goods can be despatched.
I accept payments made via PayPal. Items will be sent to your PayPal address unless you provide clear instructions for a different address before payment is made.

All jewellery will be posted using recorded delivery.

UK: Royal Mail Signed for(recorded delivery)

Rest of the world: Royal Mail Standard Airmail

Exchanges and Returns
All care and attention is taken to ensure that your jewellery meets your expectations. If you have a reason to be dissatisfied, please contact me to discuss. In unforeseen circumstances, I will accept Returns and refund or exchange your purchase (excluding shipping costs). In such cases, I require items to be returned within 7 days after you have received them. I ask that you return items in original packaging by recorded delivery and securely packaged to avoid transit damage.

Additional Information
I want you to be happy with your purchase and have made every effort to ensure that the photos are of a good quality to provide you with as clear an image as possible. Sizing is as accurate as the shape of the finished item will allow. Do feel free to contact me if you require any information on an item before you purchase.
Most of my bracelets can be adjusted to suit your wrist size if it is different to the length shown. Please contact me to discuss
