Payment: Payment is currently via PayPal only. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can sign up for free or pay by credit card without registering (though PP only lets you do this three times before they make you sign up).

Shipping: Domestic shipping within the UK is by First Class Royal Mail. International shipping is also via Royal Mail - air mail. Whether domestic or international, I always ship within 48 hours, except on bank holiday weekends when I will ship as soon as the post office reopens.

Refund Policy: I ask that you read the item descriptions carefully before purchasing anything from my shop, as I take care to describe everything thoroughly. However, if you are truly unhappy with the item you received, please send me a message to explain why and I will help you arrange for a return of the item and a refund, provided that the item is in the same condition in which it was purchased. Returns are only offered within 7 days of receipt. Please do not return items to me without contacting me first.
