Meet the maker Sarah Buchan

*A bit about me*
Hi! My name is Sarah, and I'm from the north of Scotland. I am an Illustrator, but I have a love for everything art, craft or design. My goal is to expand my knowledge in this amazing and diverse area.

You are probably wondering why my shop is called Dear George when clearly I am not a boy or called George! To put it simply, George was my Grandad, and I named my freelancing company after him. He was as passionate as I am for discovering new things and in particular new and strange worlds. I hope that one day I will see all the places he couldn't, and keep this passion for discovering alive.

I love to travel around Scotland and further away to find inspiration everywhere. I hope that I can visit countries around the world and meet extraordinary people along the way.

Postage and packaging info
I send first class in the UK and I wrap up your new item in lots of protective packaging so it makes it to its new destination snug as a bug!

Non delivered packages should be reported within 21 days to the royal mail.

Payment
All items should be payed for within 3 days via Paypal and the item will be posted when payment is received. Items that are not paid within 3 days will be re-listed.

Returns
If something is not up to the high quality expected please don't hesitate to contact me to sort something out like a refund or an exchange. In this case I would ask for you to contact me within 7 days and post it back within 14 days. The item should be unused and unworn. Postage can not be refunded. Please note that if an exchange is requested, some items take a few days to re-make (resin curing etc).

I inspect every item I sell to make sure it is to a high standard and I wouldn't sell anything I wasn't 100 percent happy with, as I would expect the same. At the end of the day, I make individual items that should make people happy and get loads of compliments from!
