Meet the maker Anne Omand

Welcome to Country Bazaar.....
My name is Anne Omand and I have had an interest in all things crafty and creative since I was a small child. I come from a long line of Scottish knitters and my mother taught me to knit when I was eight. I have over thirty years experience of knitting for others.

Around the same time frame (30 years) I became interested in environmental issues including among other things organics and fairly traded products.

Recently I was inspired to combine these interests in making accessories to sell, and so Country Bazaar was born. I chose the name 'Country Bazaar' because it sums up so much of what I am about - vintage, country fairs, rustic, natural, ethical, eclectic - to list a few choice descriptives.

Refunds and returns
If there's a problem with your order or you want to return it, please contact me as soon as you can. Items can be returned for a replacement or a full refund, including original p&p, within 7 days of receipt. Return postage is your responsibilty though. Please contact me as soon as possible so that any problems can be resolved.

Payment
Payments on Folksy are made using PayPal. If you don't have an account, it's easy to set one up. If you'd rather not register with PayPal, you can pay using a debit or credit card on the PayPal site – they'll tell you how to do it.
Your order's not confirmed until payment is complete, so if you're having problems using PayPal, please let me know so I can try and help. Any orders that aren't paid for within 5 days will be relisted.

Shipping
Once payment has cleared, all UK orders will be sent using Royal Mail First Class mail. This usually takes 1-3 days, but it can take longer. International orders will be sent using Royal Mail Airmail, which takes 5-14 days approximately, depending where you are in the world. If you've ordered a bespoke item, I will give you an estimated despatch date.
