Hello, and welcome to my little folksy shop, Calico Heart,

its a happy place to be

I hope you will enjoy, and be tempted by some of the items here.

I originally trained as a Home Economist specialising in Textiles and later on studied Kiln Formed Glass. I like to work with all sorts of materials such as paper, fabrics, and glass. I love colour and sparkle, print and pretty .

I am married with 2 beautiful teenage children, a beleaguered husband and a house crammed full of craftiness!

Here at Calico Heart , I produce an eclectic range of fused glass, textile items and cards. Everything is made by hand, and, I try to recycle as much as I can.
Shop Policies and how to pay
This is through Paypal on Folksy. Don’t worry about paying here you do not have to sign up as they have a secure online payment facility, you simply pay at the checkout with a debit or credit card. Easy peasy

Shipping
This will be within two working days by Royal Mail first class. Customized orders will take a little longer,
Custom Orders
If you want something specific making I am always willing to consider customer orders. Please contact me for details.
Returns
All of my items are made to high standards. However, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me and I will do my very best to resolve any issues. If the issue cannot be solved your order can be returned, in its original packaging and condition for a full refund minus postage costs. This must be done within seven days, and contact must be made beforehand.
