Meet the maker Louisa Oakes

Established in 2010, Beady Daze jewellery is designed and handmade on the South coast of England by Louisa Oakes.

Inspired by the sea and landscapes of Sussex, I specialise in boho beaded jewellery, and love to use artisan elements to create unique pieces. My collection of knotted necklaces and wrap bracelets have become a signature piece of Beady Daze. Designed to withstand an active lifestyle, they are strong and beautiful, as well as being vegan friendly.

My new range of yoga mala bracelets was developed in 2020. Made with gemstones and sterling silver, each piece has been lovingly created and charged with intention, ready for your enjoyment. This year I am hoping to extend the range to include hand knotted silk mala necklaces.

Dreams for the future include creating my own silver elements to incorporate into my designs. But for now, while I'm busy with other ventures, I'm happy to continue in a beady daze...

Jewellery

To maintain your jewellery and keep it looking good for as long as possible, make sure it is the last thing you put on in the morning and the first thing you take off at night. Keep perfumes and creams away from it as these can damage the finish on beads and metals.

Payment

Payment is through paypal. You can use this even if you don't have a paypal account.

Postage and package

Orders will be sent 1st class within 2 working days of payment if possible. All items will be beautifully wrapped and sent in a protective jiffy bag.

Returns

If you are not happy with an item then please contact me within 7 days of receiving it, explaining the problem, and I will refund you after the item has been returned to me. You will need to send it unworn, in the same condition it was sent in and in its original packaging. For hygeine reasons I can't refund earrings unless they have been damaged in transit. I check each item thoroughly before postage to ensure it is in excellent condition.
