THE IMPORTANT STUFF!

I will usually post items out within 72 hours of your purchase (for non-wedding items), except from a Sunday when it is not possible! Please note shipping time can take around 10 day days for your item to arrive if you are not in the UK, sometimes slightly longer. With this in mind, please allow enough time when purchasing for a specific date.

PAYMENT
I accept paypal only please. Please pay within 24 hours of purchase

REFUNDS
I am happy to refund if for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your items. Please contact me within 14 days of its arrival so that I may try and resolve the matter.

IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM: Let me know! Post it back to me and once I receive it I will refund you via paypal for the extra mailing costs AND I will send out your item with a money saving coupon code by way of apology!

Refunds will NOT be given on the following basis: it was a custom made order (unless there is a typographical error on my part).

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, then please do not hesitate to contact me and I will try my best to help you. A complaint can only be dealt with up to one month after you make your purchase (dependant on mailing times of course!)

If you simply change your mind and do not want the item that is no problem! If you choose to send it back to me, you pay the cost from your end to mine but I will then refund you the cost of the actual item minus the initial mailing cost.
