Meet the maker Alice Turner

I've always had a borderline obsession with post. Letters from friends, family and complete strangers make me exceedingly happy so I've always spent a lot of time looking for great cards to send to loved ones which is how I came to start making them!

The inspiration for afternoon outings cards came when I realised how much I loved to show others the great places that I might come across (I'm very fond of getting lost and wandering).

Making cards that went that little bit further and showed others how to find these places seemed like a good idea! I made the first ones with scraps of beautiful paper that I'd collected over the years and then actively sought out locally designed and stocked papers that I now use for creating my card
