My miniatures are no longer for sale on Folksy. If you have seen any of my miniatures and would like to buy one, then please send me a message.
I live in Penwortham in the North West of England.
I have always loved reading, miniatures, dolls' houses, sewing, tapestry and embroidery.
I hope you like my miniature needlework. They have all been designed by myself after being inspired by various great artists and designers like William Morris. Charts and patterns are available for my miniature carpets and rugs in pdf format which will be emailed to you after completing checkout.
I also have another shop on Folksy, where I sew and sell padded covers for books, ipads, kindles, ereaders and tablets.

PAYMENT:
Payment is through PayPal as this protects everyone, the sooner payment is received and cleared, the sooner I can get your items to you. Payment should be made within 24 hours of your purchase.
If you don't have a PayPal account, don't worry; you can still pay via the service using a debit or credit card. Choose the PayPal option during checkout. After you’ve submitted your order, click on the ‘Pay Now’ button. Scroll down and you’ll see the option to pay with a credit or debit card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

I am in the United Kingdom so please order early to avoid disappointment.
All goods are made and ready to ship immediately with the exception of custom orders.
I will normally ship goods on the same working day as payment but occasionally it may be within 3 working days of received payment.
All items will be shipped using a Tracked and Insured Service which will require a signature on delivery and you will receive a Tracking Number.
ITEMS SENT OUTSIDE THE UK - PEASE READ.
Time scales for mail arriving varies, this is down to how long your country's Customs and Shipping Dept take to process and deliver.
If you believe your mail to be lost, I can file a claim with my insurers but not until 25 days have gone by. This takes time and we have to be patient to see what the outcome is.
I always obtain proof of posted items.
It can take as long as four weeks for items to arrive in the United States but I find that most arrive in about two weeks.
Items shipped to Canada, Japan, Australia and New Zealand seem to take about six days.
Items going to Europe can also take one week or more but most arrive in under 6 days.
Please note that I cannot be held responsible for postal delays within the postal system.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for all customs duties that may be due.
RETURNS and REFUNDS:
I very much hope you're happy with your purchase.
Under the EU Directive on Consumer Rights June 2014, you now have 14 days from receipt to change your mind and return the item or provide proof that you have returned the item.
Please note, you will receive a full refund of the original item and postage but you will be responsible for paying the return postage costs. This complies with the Distance Selling Regulations and they stipulate that all items must be returned in saleable condition. If they have been used or damaged then a deduction can be made from your refund.
You will need to use a Tracked Service to obtain proof of posting and may need additional insurance to cover the value of the item or items.
Under the new regulations I have to offer a cancellation form for customers use - it is optional but regulations stipulate I have to have one available.
If you require a cancellation form please request one and I will email it to you.
Please note that the above Returns policy is not applicable to Custom made items. That is items made to your custom specifications of size and design.
It is also not applicable to PDF downloads.
FAULTY ITEMS:
If the item is faulty, please let me know and return it within 6 months of your payment. I will then refund the purchase price and postage or exchange it if preferred.
Please obtain proof of posting for any returns.
Please return items using a system which requires a signature upon receipt and has a Tracking Number. Additional insurance may be required.
Refunds will not not be made for PDF downloads.
