Hello, I thought I'd tell you a little about myself - I live on Canvey Island in Essex, we have 5 grown up children, 5 young gorgeous grandsons. I enjoy lots of different crafts- knitting, sewing, crochet, cross stitch, scrapbooking, stamping, designing and making personalised cards, invitations and keepsake/memory albums. I always have a project (or two!) on the go and I have been selling my items for the last 7 years building up a regular customer base with my online shop.

All of my personalised items can be made with any age/name/relation and colours can usually be changed to your requirements.

If you buy more than one item I always reduce postage for multiple purchases.

I have for sale handmade personalised cards for all occasions, which can be customised with any name/age/relation - also the wedding and anniversary cards have a fully personalised insert but if you have your own wording I'm happy to add that for you. I also have beautiful keepsake/memory albums and and lots of different themed die cut sets for all you cardmakers and scrapbookers to add to your craft stash.

DISPATCH TIMES - For personalised cards dispatch is approximately 3-5 days from cleared payment.

Memory books and keepsake albums dispatch time is usually 10-14 days from cleared payment.

Die cut sets 1-3 days

If you need something urgently please contact me and I will see if I can prioritise my work to get yours out quicker - I would let you know for sure before accepting your payment if I can't meet the deadline.

RETURNS - I'm happy to accept returns, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your item and return it within 14 days in unused condition at your expense and upon receipt I will refund the original item cost to you. Personalised items are exempt from this returns policy unless I have made an error
