Welcome to Violetta Handmade

Thanks for visiting our shop. Here you will find unique handcrafted tiaras, circlets, headbands, fascinators, combs, grips, clips, hair vines and barrettes designed by Diane and myself (Louise) at Violetta Handmade (previously Violetta Jewellery). Most of the above have been created with weddings and proms in mind but we hope you enjoy browsing our shop and that you will be inspired to wear them at other times too. We can also customise orders to match your own outfits. Just contact us with your requirements. We also create our own jewellery using wire, beads, buttons, fabric, pebbles, sea glass and wood amongst other things. Our Story

After being made redundant in 2010 both Diane and myself decided to go it alone. We both really enjoy being creative so thought we'd give handmade crafts a try. I had experience in jewellery making way back before my children were born and Diane has years of experience in retail. Once we got into the swing of things we really enjoyed what we were doing and I hope you agree, that the items we are making are unique, original and well made. We started with barrettes then moved on to tiaras and combs, then came the fascinators and jewellery.

We have created this shop to show potential customers what we do and more things will be added as they are created. Everything comes from our own imaginations and no two pieces will ever be the same. However, if you are wanting a tiara with matching bridesmaids clips etc. for your wedding/ bridal party, we can make them all up in a similar fashion with matching colours and beads of your choice. Just email us with what you require and we will do our very best to create the item that you want.

We all have an imagination, but not all of us can create something from them. If you have an idea in your mind for a piece of jewellery or hair accessories, or maybe you've got a small memento or broken heirloom that you would like to wear as jewellery or incorporate in a tiara (something old, something blue) again contact us and maybe we can turn it into something you can wear with pride.
