PAYMENT
Payment is by Paypal only

POSTAGE
All items are sent by 1st class post within 2-3 working days once payment has been received.
Items may be sent recorded delivery on request but this will cost extra.
Proof of postage is always obtained.
All items are carefully wrapped, so they reach you in perfect condition.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

I want you to be happy with your purchase, so if your unsatisfied with your order in any way please contact me within 3 days, so the problem can be resolved quickly.
If you wish to return a item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item, and return the item within 7 days in original state and packaging. Postage is not refunded UNLESS the item was faulty or not as described.
I am happy to offer a full refund. I recommend that you obtain proof of posting as no refunds will be given on items lost in post without it.
