Meet the maker Victoria Logan

I am a knitted textile designer originally from Scotland where I trained at Duncan of Jordanstone college of art and design in Dundee graduating in 2009 with a BDes (Hons) in Textile design. In 2007spent 5 months living in Rovaniemi, Finland on a University exchange programme. The beautiful natural surroundings I experienced there have greatly influenced my work. After graduating I moved to the Netherlands where I lived in Den Haag for 4 years. Whilst living there I gained a MA in Design Cultures from the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam (2011). My Masters Thesis on British design inspired me to go back to my roots in Scotland and my newest collection of work is influenced by the beautiful Scottish highland Landscape. I then decided to try and start designing and making my own interior and fashion accessories.

In 2016 I moved back to Scotland, I am now based in Lenzie just outside of Glasgow where I design, knit, felt and make all my products from my home studio, plus hang out with my Cardigan corgi Alvar. Products include cushions, decorative toys, scarves, brooches, necklaces, purses and bags. Each product is designed and handmade by myself.
