Meet the maker Vicky Wilson

Hi, I'm Vicky. I make jewellery and small decorative pieces for the home. I use porcelain and stoneware clay and also fused glass and pure fine silver. All my creations are made in my home studio and fired in my kiln. I texture the clay with pieces of lace and wooden printing blocks to make unusual designs. The glass is made by layering different colours of glass and sometimes adding a piece of dichroic glass or copper inclusions.. I love 'making things' and take inspiration from nature, the sea and the beauty surrounding us!
