Payments

Payment is appreciated immediately after purchase and no later than 72 hours after purchase.
Non payment after 72hours will result in order cancellation and the item r elisted.

Preferred payment is by Pay pal please.
If you do not have a Pay pal account you can still pay using your credit or debit card by following the on line instructions. If you are encountering any problem please contact me and I will do my best to help.

International buyers are through Pay pal only.

Custom Orders
I love custom orders! If you see something you would like but would prefer a different colour, size or specification please contact me as I should have something in stock that can be used. I happily update progress on custom orders via e-mail during the making process so there are no surprises.

Postage
Orders will be dispatched within 1 day of payment confirmation from Paypal
UK orders below £50 will be sent Royal Mail first class.
UK orders above £50 will be sent Royal Mail signed for.

International Postage
First class airmail. If you wish to have your postage upgraded to tracked please contact me for a price quote.

Your order will be dispatched to the address on your Pay pal account.

Returns.
Great care is taken to ensure you are delighted with your item.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, no problem. Please contact me within 14 days of receipt and I will issue a refund via Pay pal. However I would prefer to resolve any issues you may have and hope that you return again.
