Meet the maker Danielle Stanley

I'm Danielle from Under the Rowan Trees. I'm an English teacher turned crafter. I taught myself to crochet whilst on maternity leave in 2013 and then to knit. I found creativity really soothed me and kept my mind occupied. I rekindled a love of embroidery and then started making craft kits so that children and adults can try their hand without spending a fortune! I love making gifts for my friends and family and I'm loving watching my little business grow.
