WELCOME TO THE LITTLE RED HEN....
Do you remember the story of The Little Red Hen? Well, she has always been a heroine of mine - her industriousness and self-sufficiency are truly inspiring!! I've been crafting for years but have turned my focus to creating silver, copper and brass jewellery using traditional metalsmith techniques.

PAYMENTS

Please pay on purchase as any unpaid items will be relisted within 3 days. Payments are via PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account it's easy to set one up. If you don't want to register you can still use a debit or credit card, just follow the instructions on the screen! Please contact me if you are experiencing any difficulties with the transaction.

SHIPPING

All UK orders are posted via Royal Mail 1st Class within 3 days receipt of payment (I usually post the next day!)
Overseas orders are sent via Airmail, also within 3 days receipt of payment.

IMPORTANT !! International buyers are responsible for any and all Customs Charges, Taxes & Additional Postal Fees
All items are sent via Royal Mail and covered by their insurance.

Your jewellery will come gift boxed and tied with a cute ribbon and will be safely wrapped inside a recycled jiffy bag or padded envelope. I use 100% recycled paper goods for my boxes and stationery.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
It's important to me that you are completely happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your goods then please contact me and I will try to resolve any problems. If you would prefer a refund, then I can arrange this providing you return your goods within 7 days of receipt and everything is in its original condition. Refunds include initial postage costs, but return postage costs are the buyers responsibility. I regret I cannot refund earrings due to hygiene issues.

OTHER STUFF!
As with all handmade items, expect slight differences and variations- this all adds to the charm! All my silver items weigh less than 7.78g, therefore do not require hallmarking. I'm constantly trying out new designs and techniques, so make sure you pop back soon to see what new goodies have been listed!
