The aim is to inspire, impress and transform the good into the great. From jewellery & homeware gifts to the finishing touches for gift wrapping you'll find everything you need right here.
Ellen says:
" I began selling my handmade jewellery around 4 years ago on the coast in Brighton every weekend. I met a lot of wonderful people and I found a lot of my customers often asking where they could buy my gift wrap or the pretty items I used to decorate my stall. As I handmade these too I decided to have a little online boutique as a permanent port of call where everyone could find such goodies! So I hope you enjoy them as much as I do making them! "
CUSTOM ORDERS
One of the many joys in buying something handmade is that in most cases it can be customised & tailored precisely to your needs & wants. So please feel free to get in touch with any ideas you have.
PAYMENT
Purchases should be paid for using Paypal. It's free and easy to set up and means you can pay with a credit or debit card, your Paypal account or an e-cheque. Payments via Paypal should be made within 24 hours of purchase. If this is not possible or you would like to pay via another method then please get in touch prior to placing your order. Your order will be cancelled if payment has not been received within the 24 hours.
Deposits will be required for larger custom quantities but this will be discussed with you prior to placing your order.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped 1-3 working days after payment has been received. They are shipped via Royal Mail 1st class delivery and Royal Mail Airmail. Royal Mail 1st class aims to deliver within 1 day. Royal Mail Airmail is from 5 days. If you would like your parcel to be tracked and/or signed for please send a message for a postage quote. Multiple items will be shipped together to minimise the P&P costs to you.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please get in touch within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. For returns the initial cost of P&P is also refunded but does not include the cost of returning the item except for if the item arrives faulty. Items must be returned unused and in the orignal packaging if applicable. Only then will an exchange or refund be offered. Custom orders are also not refunded or exchanged.
