Payment
At the moment I only accept payment by Paypal. This is a secure and convenient way to pay online using your debit or credit card.
If you purchase an item, please make a payment within three days. If payment is not made within this timescale, then I will assume that you no longer wish to purchase the item and will cancel the sale.

Shipping

All items are securely packaged and are shipped as soon as possible once payment has been received. I appreciate good customer service and endeavour to provide this for my valued customers.
Please be aware that I cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post. If you would like me to insure your item, then send me a message to arrange this.

Refunds and Exchanges

I hope you will be delighted with your purchase. Refunds and exchanges are not available for earrings for hygiene reasons. However a refund is available if the item is faulty. Please return the item in original packaging within seven days of receiving the item. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
