Shipping
Your purchase will be sent 2nd class within the UK and via Airmail internationally. My shipping costs cover postage and packaging. I always obtain proof of posting. I will ship your order within 2 days of cleared payment, unless specified otherwise on the item page or you have requested some form of personalisation.

Payment
I accept payment using Paypal and will ship items on receipt of cleared payment

Refunds and Returns
I want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are unhappy for whatever reason and wish to return your purchase please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item. Refunds will be issued via Paypal for the cost of goods (including initial shipping costs incurred) but will not include the cost of return postage. Return postage would be included in the unlikely event of an item being faulty. Please note, personalised items can only be returned if faulty.

Some of my handmade goods contain small buttons and embellishments and are not suitable for children under 36 months.

All items are made and shipped from a smoke-free, dog-friendly home but please note that my workroom is a dog-free zone!
