Meet the maker

Sew You sells handmade, patterns, clothing and accessories. These are all made in my very small studio/home.
All of my items are custom made to order, so give me a day or two to make your order and I'll send it off to you as soon as I can.
If you see something you like but want it in a different colour/style/design/size, let me know and I'll work hard at creating it. I love cutom orders because it makes my brain think a bit more. Especially if you want patterns in a specific style, let me know and I'll make them for you.

A little bit about me.....Gemma, (the designer, pattern cutter, sample machnist, packaging & tea lady).

I've got a First degree in Clothing Design & Technology from MMU, but before that I've always made things. I'm not too sure where I picked it up (definately not my Mum, she can't sew buttons too well). I've also got a Fashion & Clothing National Diploma that I did at college. Since I left university I've been working in the industry as a pattern/garment technician, which has been fun, but recently I decided to start up Sew You. Fingers crossed you like it.

Ok Boring bits..Postage & Packing

Everything will be sent out by Royal Mail First Class, but if you need it in a rush, let me know and I'll send it Special Delivery (extra charges apply, so please message me beforehand).

I try and use recycled packaging and if not I'll send it out in degradable postage bags, all wrapped up nicely, but not to excess to save the environment.

If you buy something and decide you don't like it (why, oh why??), as long as it's not custom to fit you, send it back and I'll give you a refund.
