I am based in the beautiful county of Herefordshire, and millinery is my love.
All items are handmade by me and I welcome local callers to my studio, and I also accept commissions worldwide.

Payment
Payment is accepted by Paypal or personal cheque (UK only).
Post & Packing
Unless an item is special order/customised, items are dispatched within 2 working days of payment received and are sent 1st class Royal Mail.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted if sent back in unused/unopened condition with tags intact within 14 days. Return postage is only refunded in the event of faulty or mis-described items. I recommend you obtain a proof of postage on any returns.

I am happy to accept commissions or specials orders, and I pride myself on attention to detail and using the best of quality....
