Meet the maker Natalie Yeates

Hello & Welcome to my Folksy Shop! I live in a tiny village in Wiltshire and originally trained in interior design. Since having a family and still wanting to use my creativity, I turned my hand to working from home jewellery making and designing/producing personalised wedding table stationery., which I have been doing for the past 6 years or so.

All my jewellery pieces are made with semi-precious stones, Austrian crystals, pearls and silver/plate silver findings. I rarely produce the same thing twice as there are so many beautiful stones and beads to use and a million combinations to make them in! Commissions are welcome.

Payment
Payment is by Paypal only and must be paid for within 7 days of buying. I will ship out your items within 3 days of receipt of payment.

Postage
All items are posted First Class Signed For within the UK. If you would prefer 2nd Class Postage, contact me first.

Items sent Europe/Worldwide are sent via Airmail and may be subject to Customs/Tax charges. This is the responsibilty of the buyer.

I want you to love what you've purchased. If you are not entirely satisfied with it, please return the item in the condition it was sent to you in, within 7 days and I will refund or replace the item. In the interests of hygiene, earrings will only be refunded if the item is faulty.
