Hi There, My name is Samantha Richardson-Parks I am the founder and creator of Rowan Jade Jewellery. Here at Rowan Jade I create mostly Unique pieces of Jewellery with a small number of items being re-made on request. Please feel free to contact me with regards to any of my Pieces for any further information you may require.

Payments

Payments are preferred via Paypal but I also accept postal orders and personal cheques. Please contact me if you wish to pay using one of my alternative options.

For International Buyers I am only able to accept Paypal.

Postage & Packaging

All items will be securely packaged and posted throughout the UK via Royal Mail 1st Class Post, within 2 days of cleared payments.

Worldwide shipping by Royal Mail Standard Airmail. Again within 2 days of Cleared Payment.

Custom Orders

I do offer a Bespoke Order service to meet customers requirements. If you wish to have a bespoke item made just for you, I ask that you first contact me with your requirements and Budget, I will then make your bespoke item as closely as possible to your requirements. Any Bespoke items including names, or special size requirements do require a 20% deposit of our agreed price before they are made as a deposit on the goods.

If you are just enquiring about a Bespoke item you are under no obligation to buy any item, you are just consenting to a friendly chat about possibly making a bespoke item for yourself.

Returns

I take Great care to ensure Customer Satisfaction. However in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, it may be returned for a full refund of the item price within 7 days (In saleable condition, unused and in Original Packaging).
