Rhubarb Bags are handmade bags for people looking for something different, individual and full of character.

They are created using a combination of the very best designer fabrics and original vintage materials. I only make one of each bag with the same combination of fabric, so you can be sure that you are getting a one of a kind unique item that no one else will have.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Vintage Materials
Vintage materials are genuinely old material and may be used or unused. Some of them are up-cycled from old curtains, scarves and clothing. Bear in mind therefore that although I only select good quality material there may be some signs of its age. I like to think they have a little bit of character.

Custom Orders
If you see a style of bag you like but would like something a little different or a variation of the fabric please contact me and I would love to make something just for you. I could even make one of my tie totes with your old school tie!

Postage and Packaging
Items will be sent by first class post soon after cleared payment, usually the same day but within three working days. Contact me if you are in a hurry for your bag and I'll let you know when I can send it or discuss next day delivery as an option.
Items are attractively wrapped in tissue paper and ribbon and then securely packaged.

Returns Policy
I hope that you are going to love your new Rhubarb Bag, but if you do want to return for a full refund please do just take note of the following points:
- Please contact me within 7 days of receiving it and let me know the reason for return.
- Please return the item within 14 days of delivery.
- Items returned must be unused and undamaged.
- I advise you to use a recorded mail service or at least obtain proof of sending. The cost of return postage is your responsibility.
