Meet the maker Rachael Cartmell

Hi, my name is Rachael, and I am passionate about all things ceramic.

Through Rae of Sun, I create one off tea light holders, bowls, mugs, plates, vases, incense holders and seasonal decorations.

I hand make all items, hand throw on the wheel, hand carve, hand glaze and hand finish. Each piece is created as an individual piece and is lovingly cared for throughout it's build until the time it is born out of the kiln.

Items are packaged carefully for postage, wrapped in tissue, packed with Eco friendly biodegradable packaging, and placed inside a recyclable cardboard box or envelope.
