All items are posted within 3 working days, by 1st class mail - proof of posting is always obtained.
Should you wish to purchase more than one item from my shop, I always refund extra postage paid back to buyers.
We will post outside the UK, please contact us for prices.
Custom made items will take a little longer - please allow 14 days for delivery.

Refunds/Returns/Exchanges will only be made if an item arrives damaged, is defective, or if there has been an error on my part. Buyer is responsible for payment of return shipping. Custom Personalised orders are unfortunately non-refundable.
