Hi, my name is Arianna and I make mainly Jewellery and designs for T-shirts.
I currently live in London, I love evrything handmade and unique (which is basically the same thing to me!), and I opened this Folksy shop mainly to sell my T-shirts and accessories.

•Shipping:
We ship 1-2 times per week, after payment is cleared. I will ship to the Paypal address, unless differently and clearly requested by the customer.
Please be aware that I'm not responsible for custom taxes.

•Refunds and Exchanges
I take the utmost care in packaging your items, therefore I do not take responsibility for loss or damage of items once shipped. Of course you can purchase a postal insurance; should you wish to do so please let me know when you place your order and I’ll get back to you with the revised shipping fee.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for other reasons please let me know within 7 days upon receipt; we can try to settle the issue or I will refund you the amount paid less shipping charges after you return the item to me. Items must be returned in original conditions and package, unused/unworn.

Polymer clay care:

My items are generally glazed for protection; this allows them to be splashed but not soaked in water or other fluids. If you need to wash your item please use cold or luke water and a dash of soap; rub gently, do not scratch with scourer and do not put in the dishwasher.

Silver care:

Any kind of silver or silver plated item tends to tarnish over time; keep your items sealed in small bags or protected from air to delay the process.Clean regularly with appropriate products.
