Meet the maker Rachel Hooper

Paper and buttons is basically me doing what I love, creating beautiful things out of gorgeous papers and embellishments. My favourite embellishment is the humble button, hence the name paper and buttons.

PAYMENT
PayPal is my preferred method of payment. It is safe, secure, and easy to use. When checking out, click on "Pay using PayPal". Please note that e-check payments placed through Paypal typically take 3-4 business days to clear. Production on your order will not begin until it has cleared.

POSTAGE
I post items first class and package them with bubble wrap and cardboard to protect them. In stock items will be despatched within two days of receipt of payment. I can usually make and despatch all special orders of personalised cards within 3 days of receiving payment. I will let you know when your order has been shipped.

RETURNS
If you are not happy with your purchase, a refund can be made if items are returned in their original condition but will not include buyers postage costs.
