I am a busy wife & mum of 3 children who is constantly juggling my house, kids, and love of jewellery making! I really enjoy the challenge of coming up with new characters.

My Payments & Shipping
I would appreciate it if payments were made within 48 hours of purchase via PayPal, but if its going be longer then please drop me a line and I will hold onto the item for a few more days for you . I will wait until payment has been received before I post your item but I will aim to do this within 2 days, if the item is pre-made and 1 week if it is made to order. I will post by 1st class delivery and if you would prefer I did this recorded please let me know and for an extra 77p I will do this.

If you don't have a PayPal account you can still pay via PayPal’s secure online payment facility with your credit/debit card.

My Returns and faulty items
Its is really important to me that you are entirely happy with my items and if for any reason you are not then I will be happy to provide a full refund, as long as the items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your item, unused, in original packaging and in a re-sale condition. I am aware that sometimes something might go wrong with it and if for any reason the item incurs a fault after the 7 days then I will be happy to mend or replace dependent on what has happened to it.

If you see something you like but you like it slightly different then please message me and I do commissions to order if you something you like but need some changes to match your needs.
