Meet the maker Heather Dewick

I'm Heather, I'm a bookbinder and book restorer based just NW of Sheffield. I' originally teained as a museum conservator, and have been working with books for quite a long time now. I
I recently joined the "shedworker" crew, after many years in various city centre studios. I thought I'd hate it but the 7 metre commute is a big plus.
I love good materials, some traditional, some less so. Old books inspire me, I love
signage (good and bad!), typography, pattern and colour.
