ABOUT NATALIA LOVAT
have been creating handmade silver jewellery since 2007. I work from a small studio in my home mainly working with sterling silver, semi-precious stones or beads, and carefully selected vintage beads.

Jewellery is something I have always been passionate about, ever since I was a young girl. I have an art & design background and worked in the fashion industry for many years.

Natalia Lovat jewellery is simple in design which is easy to wear, elegant and unique. The silver necklaces and earrings are perfect for everyday wear and the addition of some semi-precious beads adds some evening glamour and sparkle.

If you are looking to buy a piece of Natalia Lovat Jewellery and have any further questions before you hit the buy button, please ask. I am always happy to answer any questions and I can discuss making changes to a piece a jewellery ie make it shorter, longer chain, change the beads etc....
Hopefully I've provided all of the information you need below, but if not then please get in touch. I appreciate that it's hard to know until you're holding an item whether or not it is right for you, so I offer a full refund service (see the refund section below...)

PAYMENT
I accept payment via paypal within 3 days.
As a lot of my items are one of a kind, I can also reserve an item for you if required for up to two weeks. Please get in touch to discuss!
SHIPPING
For UK customers my standard shipping is First Class Recorded, which takes 1 - 3 working days. Unfortunately this does not include insurance, so for silver items costing over £25 I can send via Special Delivery. This is more expensive, but I think it's worth it!!

For other items I can usually arrange a next day delivery, at a small additional cost. Of course, just let me know!

Internationally, I ship Airmail as standard, but can use Airsure if required at an extra cost, Airsure includes a higher level of insurance and enables tracking. Please let me know if you require this service when you place your order. Please note there have been delays with the postal service going into the US due to increased security checks. This can sometimes delay your parcel by up to a couple of weeks!
REFUNDS & EXCHANGE
I always strive to create high quality items and your satisfaction is really important to me.

Jewellery is highly tactile, and I appreciate that until you have the item in your hands it's difficult to know whether or not it is for you.

Either way, if you are not 100% happy with an item I'm happy to offer a refund within 7 days. Please contact me first to arrange.

Please note that I can not accept returns on earrings.
